One washer for plug. o/e part number 232043. Our part number 040fc.

Some Rover V8 inlet manifolds use up to three blanking plugs

You will find these plugs used on the Rover V8 EFI models in the trumpet basses in the 3.5 3.9 & 

the 4.2 engine models.
